Originally was gifted the smaller size which worked so well that I purchased this larger unit. Retired single guy that only cooks for one and this fit the bill very well. Fried eggs, pancakes, grilled sandwiches, etc. All perfect and very easy clean up.

Size is good but very poor heating couldn’t get grilled cheese bread to brown after multiple attempts much faster on stove top. Pancakes took way too long to complete, finished on stove top. Would not purchase again and don’t keep this one.

Hate having to return anything, but don’t advertise in the description “Non-stick coated cooking plates, easy to remove and clean” when they’re not. Didn’t find this out until I cooked a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn’t to my liking. It grilled the bread but at the same time, it steamed the sandwich, which kind of left it soggy, not wet but not crisp. And just the weight of the top plate flattened the two pieces of bread to about 1/2″. So a steamed flat grilled sandwich. Went back to the frying pan method. Tried pancakes, another fail. Wish I had a positive note to end on.
